IT Biz Support provides on-site service, repairs, upgrades, installation and maintenance to PC computers in your home or office. Whether you need a new computer set up, repair to an existing PC, upgrading your PCs memory, hard drive, operating system, or maintaining an entire network, IT Biz Support can help.
What we support
- Any brand PC computer
- Any operating system, including Windows 7, 8, 8.1, 10, as well as older operating systems such as Widnows XP
- Windows servers, including all brands and OS
Rates
While many Melbourne service technicians charge $150 per hour or more for on-site services, IT Biz Support provides quality personalised service for a far lower price:
- $125 for the first hour
- $50 per additional hour
or - $650 for a full day
Above prices are exclusive of GST, and are valid during normal business hours.
Minimum 1 hour booking for Melbourne metropolitan customers. Additional hours, if applicable, are charged in quarter-hour increments.
Prices valid from 1st of January 2016.
After hours & weekend service
We also offer after hours and weekend on-site visits for those that cannot be available during normal business hours:
- $200 for the first hour
- $ 75 per additional half hour
or - $700 for a full day
Above prices are exclusive of GST, and are applicable to bookings that begin 5:30pm or later Monday-Friday, or anytime Saturday or Sunday, and must be arranged during the week.
Minimum 1 hour booking for Melbourne metropolitan customers. Additional hours, if applicable, are charged in quarter-hour increments.
